NicheForge LLC was founded in July 2025 by Jeffrey Metrick, an Army veteran who served as a Military Intelligence Soldier from 2002-2006, developing leadership, discipline, and strategic problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. After his military service, Jeffrey earned a B.A. in Political Science from Western Illinois University (2007-2011), where he focused on political theory, individual liberty, and technology’s role in empowerment. During college, he served as President of Iota Phi Theta Eta Lambda Chapter (2010-2011), organizing events and fostering community engagement—skills that inspired NicheForge LLC’s micro-communities. Driven by libertarian principles of autonomy and innovation, Jeffrey identified a gap in the $457.8B e-learning market: professionals and freelancers need hyper-specialized skills for AI, blockchain, and sustainability, but existing platforms offer broad, generic content.
